Sorry!!

Hey everyone I am so sorry, It has been a whole week without a post (even tho i don't even have one follower!) ha ha :P Its has just been so so busy!! I am going to try and do my first video some time this week! I am so excited!! Me and Rachael did our first work out together last wednesday. I was not so organized so i better get my act together! I have been work on a regular work out we will be doing, and it is coming along quite well I will be doing a video on the different circuits we do (abs,legs,arm etc.) so look for that some time soon :)
I would also like to give a shout out to toneitup.com i have been reading there blog and watching there video's. They are so inspiring and have lots of amazing tips. So go check them out on there blog toneitup.com and on You Tube :)
I have a few good tips for everyone wanting to start working out regularly
1. Write down all your goals and keep them in a safe place. I like to read myn when i am feeling like giving up, because trust me the first few weeks are so hard. But don't worry it will only get better
2. Make yourself a meal plan. I would suggest writing down EVERYTHING you eat. And only eating six small meals a day and make sure that there is at least one thing from every food group in your meal. And ABSOLUTELY NO POP!!!!! Pop is so bad for you! Drink lots of water!! 3. And instead of picking yourself apart learn to love yourself this will help you body image a lot and it will help your self-esteem. If you hate your Arms but love your legs just think "well I have great legs but my arms need some work." don't think "I hate my arms" A positive mind set goes a long way
